7 Cleaning and maintaining the heating system – Procedure

7. Clean the flue sensor with a moist cloth.
8. Screw the flue sensor carefully and firmly back into the flue pipe
using a 13 mm spanner.
9. Fasten the rear top right cover back on the boiler.
10.Fasten the front top right cover back on the boiler.
11.Turn the mains electricity switch on.
12.Set the desired operating mode.
The cleaning of the flue gas sensor is completed.
CLEANING THE PELLET VACUUM CONTAINER AND FILL LEVEL SENSOR
1. Set the operating mode to “Off”.
Allow the heating system to burn out.
2. Turn the mains electricity switch off.
5. Unscrew the flue sensor (2)
using a 13 mm spanner.
6. Pull the flue sensor (2) out of
the flue pipe (1).

Caution!
Danger of burns from hot surfaces!
During operation, the boiler surfaces under the cladding are hot.
Even when turned off, they only cool down slowly.
Switch the heating system off and only start with the cleaning and
maintenance work when the surfaces have cooled down.
3. Carefully lift up the top left
cover (1).
4. Lay the cover (1) to the side.
The connection cable to the
control unit of the HDG
Pelletronic is long enough
that the cover can be laid
aside without detaching the
plug.
