The System Controller has an anti-seize protection function for valves and pumps which helps to prevent these
components sticking during long periods of inactivity. Every 24hrs the components which have not been used will be run
for a short period.
 

Thescreedfunctionisusedexclusivelyfortherequireddryingofnewlyappliedscreedonoorheatingsystems.The
process is based on EN 1264 part 4. When the screed function is activated :
Theowtemperatureiskeptconstantat25°Cfor3days,1.
Heating is set at the maximum supply setpoint (P6) for 4 days 2.
(water temperature is always limited to 55°C)
Oncompletionofthescreedfunction,thecontrollerreturnstonormaloperation.

The function is activated by setting parameter P25 to 1. The screed function can be deactivated at any time by setting
the parameter P25 to 0.

