Inordertopreventthis,duringshutdownperiodsitisusefultoemptythewaterfromtheinstallation.


In cases where water drainage is difcult, an antifreeze mixture of glycol (ethylene or propylene) should be used -
(content between 10 % and 40 %).
The performance of the unit working with glycol may decrease in proportion to the percentage of glycol used, -
since the density of glycol is higher than that of water.

The following problems should occur when the quantity of water in the forced circulation system (1) on water side is
insufcient.
WEH frequently ON/OFF cycles affecting Yutaki performance.1.
Lowtemperatureinwatercirculationsystematdefrosting,whichshouldcauseanalarm(freezeprotection).2.
LWPS or Cut-Out thermostat activation due to low water pressure (< 1 bar) or due to excessive high water 3.
temperature inside WEH.
