7) Apply molybdenum disulfide oil to the crankshaft main
journal/crank pin mating surface and the main
journal/thrust washer mating surface.
8) Apply grease to the lip of a new 56 x 70 x 8 mm oil seal.
9) Install the 56 x 70 x 8 mm oil seal on the crankshaft as
shown.
• Install aligning the projection on the oil seal with the
groove in the cylinder block.
10) Install each connecting rod aligning it with the
corresponding journal of the crankshaft.
11) Install the connecting rod bearing and the connecting rod
cap aligning the projection on the connecting rod bearing
with the recess in the connecting rod cap.
