c. REASSEMBLY
1) Apply marine grease to the distance collar installation hole
in the throttle arm.
Install the 20.5 x 11 x 6 mm distance collar on the throttle
arm.
2) Set the throttle arm on the throttle arm bracket, and tighten
the pivot washer and the 6 x 30 mm flange bolt securely.
3) Apply marine grease to the distance collar installation hole
in the throttle cam.
Install the 20.5 x 11 x 6 mm distance collar on the throttle
cam.
4) Set the throttle cam on the throttle arm bracket aligning the
cam hole in the throttle cam with the roller of the throttle
arm, then tighten the pivot washer and the 6 x 30 mm
flange bolt securely.
