First, modify the security settings for the computer:
1. Click on Component Services to display sub-options, until my computer is visible.
2. Right-click My Computer and select Properties. This opens the My Computer Properties
window.
3. Click on the COM Security tab, which contains both Access Permissions and Launch and
Activation Permissions.
