This response indicates that Codabar Coding Enable (CBRENA) has a range of
values from 0 to 1 (Off and On).

Trigger Commands
You can activate and deactivate the scanner with serial trigger commands. First,
the scanner must be put in Manual Trigger Mode by scanning a Manual Trigger
Mode barcode (see Manual Trigger Modes on page 37), or by sending a serial
menu command for triggering (see Serial Trigger Mode on page 185). Once the
scanner is in serial trigger mode, the trigger is activated and deactivated by
sending the following commands:
Activate: SYN T CR
