range than Normal mode. Enhanced mode is best used when you require a very
fast scan speed and don’t require a long working range. Default = Manual Trigger-
Normal.
LED Illumination - Manual Trigger
If you want to set the LED illumination brightness, scan one of the barcodes below.
This sets the LED illumination for the scanner when the button is pushed. Default =
High.
Note: The LEDs are like a flash on a camera. The lower the ambient light in the room, the
brighter the LEDs need to be so the scanner can “see” the barcodes.
Note: For scanners with the Gen 7 software revision, this setting applies to both Manual
Mode and Presentation Mode.
For Manual Mode with Gen 7, you must first scan the Set Exposure Mode - Manual
Trigger Mode barcode before setting the LED illumination brightness. See LED

For Presentation Mode with Gen 7, you must first use the Set Exposure Mode -
Presentation Mode barcode before setting the LED illumination brightness. See LED
