1. Install the fan cage:
a. Lower the fan cage module into the chassis (callout 1).
b. Close the fan cage latches (callout 2).
2. Connect the fan cage cables to the system board .
3. Install all fans:
a. Lower the fan into the bay (callout 1).
b. Press down on the fan to make sure that it is seated firmly in the bay (callout 2).
A click sound indicates that the fan is properly engaged.
