Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the controller
home screen.
Step 2 Open the rear door and remove the air filter.
Step 3 Reclaim all the refrigerant from the system using a refrigerant retrieval device to ensure that
there is no pressure inside the system.
Discharge the refrigerant if the local laws and regulations allow.
Step 4 Remove the filter dryer, as shown in Figure 5-20.
Filter dryer replacement requires the collaboration of two persons.
After removing the filter dryer, immediately seal the pipe to ensure that the system is clean
and moisture does not enter the pipes.

1. Remove the hold hoops from the filter dryer using a Phillips screwdriver.
2. Heat the air intake angle valve joints using a heat gun for 10 minutes. Secure the filter
dryer nut and pipe nut (as shown in Figure 5-19) using two 27# adjustable wrenches
respectively. Then loosen the adjustable nut using a 36# adjustable wrench to separate
the pipe from the filter dryer.
