To install the replacement simple-swap hard disk drive backplate assembly,
complete the following steps:
Note: The ten 2.5-inch simple-swap hard disk drive model is not supported.
Procedure
1. Read the safety information that begins on “Safety” on page vii and
“Installation guidelines” on page 122.
2. Install the simple-swap hard disk drive backplate assembly. Based on the server
configuration, the simple-swap hard disk drive backplate assembly may appear
as either of the following two.
