Make a copy of these forms, and ll them out as you are installing and conguring your library.
Update the forms each time that changes are made to the library conguration and store these forms in a
secure location. Having the information on these forms are helpful if a call to IBM
®
service is necessary.
You can also save library conguration data from the Management GUI. See “Locating Management
functions” on page 79.
