Fault Possible cause Remedy
RollerDrive does not rotate RollerDrive not or not correctly
connected or RollerDrive defective
¾ Ensure that the power supply
is within the specied voltage
range
¾ Check the connections and
correct them if necessary
¾ Replace the RollerDrive if
necessary
Brake resistor overheating: The
application is recovering too much
energy or the power supply is too high
¾ Allow the system to cool
down
¾ If necessary, reduce the
ambient temperature
¾ Ensure that the power supply
is within the specied voltage
range
