The E4990A preserves the graph axis formats, scale
settings, data and memory trace contents, and trace definitions for
each parameter (for example, Ls) unless it is turned Off or reset to
its preset state. This feature makes it easy to examine the DUT from
various perspectives by switching among a number of measurement
