Description
When input/output port E (port C + port D) of the handler I/O is set to the
output port, it outputs port information to output port E (C0 to D3).
When input/output port E of the handler I/O is set to the input port, it
reads out port information inputted to port E (C0 to D3).
Port information is output as 8-bit binary data using C0 as LSB and D3 as
MSB.
