䳜 Even though 'Normal' is selected
for Warning Timing, if the front
vehicle suddenly stops, the initial
warning activation time may
seem late.
䳜 Select 'Late' for Warning Timing
when traffic is light and when
driving speed is slow.
If the engine is restarted, Warning
Timing and Warning Volume will
maintain the last setting.

sion-Avoidance Assist is to warn and
control the vehicle depending on the
collision level: 'Collision Warning',
'Emergency Braking' and 'Stopping
vehicle and ending brake control'.
Collision Warning
䳜 To warn the driver of a collision,
the 'Collision Warning' warning
message will appear on the clus
-
ter, and an audible warning will
sound.
䳜 If a vehicle is detected in front,
the system will operate when
your vehicle speed is between
approximately 6~112 mph
(10~180 km/h).
䳜 If a pedestrian is detected in
front, the system will operate
when your vehicle speed is
between approximately 6~37 mph
(10~60 km/h).
䳜 If 'Active Assist' is selected, brak
