Driving your vehicle Cruise Control (CC)
Cruise Control will be temporarily
canceled when:
Follow either of these procedures:
䳜 Depress the brake pedal.
䳜 Press located on the steering
wheel.
䳜 Decrease the vehicle speed lower
than the memory speed by 20
mph (30 km/h).
䳜 Decrease the vehicle speed to less
than approximately 20 mph (30
km/h).
Each of these actions will cancel
cruise control operation (the cruise
set speed will disappear), but it will
not turn the system off. If you wish
to resume cruise control operation,
move up the switch (to RES+)
located on your steering wheel. You
will return to your previously preset
speed.
Restarting cruising speed at more
than approximately 20 mph (30
km/h)
Move the + switch up or - switch
down or push the switch to
resume Cruise Control.
If you move the + switch up or -
switch down, the current speed on
the cluster will be set as the cruise
control set speed.
If you use the switch, the speed
will resume to the recently set
speed.
It will not restart, however, if the
vehicle speed has dropped below
approximately 20 mph (30 km/h).
