Alkaline reux detection

reux.
Reux counts for period at start
Ifselected,areuxthatstartsinperiod“A”(e.g.,upright)andendsinperiod“B”(e.g.,supine)iscountedasareux
duringperiod“A.”Ifitisnotselected,itiscountedasreuxduringperiod“B.”
