3) Install the ionization chamber on the detector (ionization chamber is optional
according to the needs).
3. Installation of Grid Assembly
1) Install detector stoppers and grid presser on both sides of the flat-panel box and
fix them with screws.
2) Install the grid guiders on the flat-panel box and fix them with screws. The guiders
play a guiding role in grid inserting, which can prevent grid inserting into the gap
between the lower casing and the flat-panel box.
4. Installation of Detector Casing
1) Install the lower casing of the connection shaft of flat-panel detector.
2) Install the lower casing of the detector. Align the lower casing with the screw hole
of the flat-panel box, and fix it with four screws.
3) Install the outlet pipe on the decorative lower casing of the detector, and fix it with
screws.
4) Install the sensor. Carefully open the transparent cover where the sensor of the
upper casing of the detector is installed, put the sensor into it, and fix the sensor
with two nuts on the upper and lower sides, then cover the plate. When the flat-
panel detector is in the under-table position, the sensor can sense the distance
between the detector and the photographic table so as to avoid collisions and
protect the detector.
5) Install the upper casing of the connection shaft and the decorative upper casing
of the detector, and fix the upper casings from the bottom of the lower casings.
Post a film on the upper casing of the detector, and insert the grid. Thus, the
detector installation is completed.
