4.1.3.7 Installation of the Detector and Image Workstation
1. Installation of Flat-Panel Box
1) Power on the stand, operate the control panel, rotate the U arm to the vertical
position and adjust the rotation angle of the detector to 0, in order to facilitate the
installation of detector.
2) Take out the flat panel box, align the connection shaft hole of the flat-panel box
and the mounting shaft of the detector of U arm, slowly load the mounting shaft
into the shaft hole, and rotate around the flat-panel box for initial fixing.
3) Place the level meter on the bottom of flat-panel box and observe the small
bubbles in the level meter. If the small bubbles are in the middle of the glass tube,
it indicates the flat-panel box has been horizontally placed; if the small bubbles
are out the position, rotate the box until it is leveled.
4) Tighten the connection shaft on the flat-panel box with a nut wrench. If there is no
such a special wrench, you can screw an M10 screw into the screw hole of the
connection shaft, then knock the tightening direction with a plastic hammer until
the flat-panel box is completely fixed.
5) Install tiny exhaust fans in the two fan installing ports on the bottom of the flat-
panel box, and fix them with tightening screws.
2. Place Flat-Panel Detector
1) Place the flat-panel detector into the box, and fix the flat-panel detector with the
supplied screws (do not over-tighten the screws so as to adjust the level state of
the flat-panel detector).
2) Check whether the detector is in the state of leveling with a level meter. If the
small bubbles are in the center of glass tube, then the detector has been already
in the state level; otherwise, adjust the four adjusting screws on the flat-panel box
until the detector is leveled.
