Here we offer some common symptoms, possible causes and solutions (see table
below), the user can do troubleshooting referring to the approach provided. Please contact
us if you cannot identify the cause of failure, or cannot solve problems after trying the
following methods. In order to avoid damage caused by misusage, do not open the device
without our guidance.
Fail to enter the check interface
after starting DR console.
Check whether the detector and High voltage
generator has been started.
DR control closes automatically
after starting.
Check whether the dongle is inserted well.
Check whether the storage path has been
changed, otherwise check the disk space is
enough.
The center of image is not clear.
Ensure the camera has been preheated more
than ten minutes.
There are noisy spot in the
image.
Check work status of detector cooling fans.
If the above problem does not solve the problem, please record the fault phenomenon,
process and contact the supplier.
