Selects a display trace, similar to the front panel control.
Thereafter, the commands VERT GAIN, VERT POSITION, TIME_MAGNIFIER,
HOR POSITION and REDEFINE will-be applied to the SELECTed trace.
The 9400A sets the ENVIRONMENT ERROR:
- if the SELECTed trace is OFF.
