Left Auger Manual/
Slave Switch
Selects ON or OFF for automatic operation of left auger. Center position is OFF. Selecting
MANUAL position provides manual override. Select SLAVE for automatic operation.
NOTE: Set the left and right auger switches on the right control panel to the SLAVE
position when operating from the left side. (Figure 3-3)
NOTE: If using the sonic auger, ensure the left and right auger switches on the
right control panel are in the SLAVE position; and the left and right Auger
AUTOMATIC/MANUAL switches are set to the AUTO position.
NOTE: The Auger On/Off switch on both remote control boxes must be set to the ON
position. (Page 4-26)

Right Auger Manual/
Slave Switch
Selects ON or OFF for automatic operation of right auger. Center position is OFF. Selecting
MANUAL position provides manual override. Select SLAVE for automatic operation.
NOTE: Set the left and right auger switches on the right control panel to the SLAVE
position when operating from the left side. (Figure 3-3)

7 High Gear Light Illuminates when paver is in high gear.
8 Right Extension Switch
Extends or retracts right screed extension. (Switch also located on the remote control box.
(Page 4-26) Push switch IN to retract right screed extension. Push switch to OUT to extend
right screed extension.

High/Low 2-Speed
Gear Switch
Used to change machine speed. Place switch in HIGH position for travel (High/Low Gear
light will illuminate). Pave only in LOW speed. NEVER pave in high speed as serious injury
can result. The High/Low Gear switch on both sides must be in the LOW position to function.
10 Sidewings Switch
Opens and closes hopper sidewings. Push switch to the OUT position to open hopper
wings. Push switch to the IN position to close hopper wings.
11 Screed Lift/Float Switch
Raises or oats the screed. When released, switch automatically returns to the center to
hold the screed in selected position. Flip switch to RAISE to raise the screed. Set the switch
to FLOAT to oat the screed (switch will lock in the FLOAT position).
NOTE: The screed will not raise if this switch is set to FLOAT on one side of the control
panel and RAISE on the other.
12 Left Cut-Off Gate
Opens and closes left cut-off gate. The cut-off can be operated from either side of the
control panel.
13 Left Conveyor Switch
Selects automatic or manual mode for left conveyor. MANUAL position provides override.
Conveyor can be operated from either side of the control panel in the MANUAL mode. The
center position is OFF. For automatic operation, set switch to AUTOMATIC.
14 Right Cut-Off Gate
Opens and closes right cut-off gate. The cut-off can be operated from either side of the
control panel.
15 Right Conveyor Switch
Selects automatic or manual mode for right conveyor. MANUAL position provides override.
Conveyor can be operated from either side of the control panel in the MANUAL mode. The
center position is OFF. For automatic operation, set switch to AUTOMATIC.
16 High Gear Light Illuminates when paver is in high gear.
