Spray Bar Lever
(OPTION)
Opens and closes the spray bar valve if equipped with this option. Pull lever
DOWN to open valve and engage spray bar function. Pull lever UP to close
valve.
NOTE: Each spray bar is equipped with three spray nozzles with valves
that can be individually opened (turn valve UP) and closed (DOWN) when
the spray bar valve is engaged.
2 Circulating Lever
Opens and closes the circulating valve. Pull lever DOWN to open valve and
engage circulating function. Pull lever UP to close valve.
3 Spray Wand Lever
Opens and closes the spray wand valve. Pull lever UP to open valve and
engage spray wand function. Pull lever DOWN to close valve.
NOTE: The spray wand is also equipped with an open/close valve.
4 Selector Lever
Opens and closes the selector valve. Pull lever UP to select the REVERSE
SUCTION operational mode. Pull lever DOWN for other operational modes
described in Section 4.
5 Sampling Valve
Opens and closes the sampling valve, used to “dump” asphalt material from
the tank when needed. Turn lever clockwise to open valve for material dump.
Turn lever counterclockwise to close the valve.
NOTE: ALWAYS ensure this valve is CLOSED before loading the asphalt
tank.
6 Liquid Asphalt Valve
Opens and closes the liquid asphalt valve. Pull lever right to open valve. Pull
lever left to close valve.
7 Flush Valve
Opens and closes the ush valve. Pull lever up to open valve, which allows
ush liquid into the system. Pull lever down to close valve.
