To correctly apply dielectric grease:
• Apply a thin, visible, uniform coat using ONLY high-
quality dielectric grease (Dow Corning 4 or equivalent)
across the MALE connector as shown in Figure 5-10.
• Coating too thin may not ll the gaps between
pins.
• Coating too thick may prevent proper
connection or force pins or seals out. (Figure
5-11)
• Plug in the male connector.
DO NOT force connector to lock if too
much grease has been applied.
Excessive grease application does
not allow a proper connection by preventing the
plugs from locking into place, and can cause damage
to the connector seals.

CHASSIS (TRAILER)
It is very important that the wheels, tires and axle are
properly matched. Replacement tires must meet the
same specications as the originals. The correct tire
size is ST 225/75D15.
Mismatched tires and rims may come
apart with explosive force that can result in injury.
Driving with mismatched tires and rims is extremely
dangerous as a tire blow-out can cause you to lose
control and have a vehicle accident.
Only use a jack and jack stand that
has been rated for the unit’s weight. An improperly
supported trailer can fall and cause serious injury or
death.
DO NOT lift or support trailer on any
part of the axle or suspension system.
DO NOT exceed maximum ination
pressure for rims or wheels.
Get brakes serviced immediately if
any loss of performance is noted. DO NOT continue
operating the distributor unit with faulty brakes!
