Accessing From a Network without DHCP Server
The default IP address of DSS-1000 is 192.168.0.200. If the network does not have a DHCP
server, then this is the IP address of DSS-1000, whereas the default port number is 80. Take
note that the computer must be within the same network segment. For example, the computer
must have an IP address of 192.168.0.X (where X is any number between 1 ~ 255, except
200) and Subnet Mask of 255.255.255.0.
For example, based on Windows 7, configure the IP address to 192.168.0.99 and set
Subnet Mask to 255.255.255.0 by using the steps below:

To access DSS-1000, open the web browser and type the default IP address on the
address bar:
192.168.0.200
