2. MANUFACTURING PHASE 2
The following manufacturing steps are undertaken to power up and test product to a state ready for
labelling and shipping.
2.1 Apply foam dot to underside of battery

• Self Adhesive foam dot
Procedure
Remove backing from one side of foam dot to expose adhesive and apply foam dot to ‘+’ side (bottom)
of battery
