7.7 Transfer case
• Comply also with the running-in regulations; à p. 4 - 1.
7.7.1 General inspection
• Investigate any unusual noises made by the transfer case.
• Check the transfer case and the connections for leaks. In the event of
leaking consumables;
à Checking the oil level, p. 7 - 53.
• Check that pipes and hoses are tightly connected and undamaged.
If any damage is found, report it to Manitowoc Crane Care or an authorised
GROVE dealer or an authorised specialist workshop.

tion pit.
– The engine must not be running and must be secured against unauthor-
