7.16.1 Checking the lighting and indicators
• Check the following functions every day before starting work or driving
and have any faulty parts repaired:
– Parking light/headlight, marker lights, rotating beacons Fog tail light,
fog light, outrigger lights
– Hazard warning system
– Brake lights
– Reversing lights
– Warning buzzer
– Full-beam headlight
– Turn signal indicator
– Horn
– Windscreen wipers
– Windscreen washing system
– Date/Time on the driving mode display

Risk of accidents in the event of faulty safety devices!
Have faulty lights and indicators repaired by Manitowoc Crane Care or an
authorised GROVE dealer or an authorised specialist workshop.
