Cleaning oil filter 2
• Loosen the cap (1) and pull out the filter.
• Place the filter in a receptacle.
• Remove the spring (2).
• Remove the nuts (5).
• Take the magnetic rod (3) out of the filter (4)
and clean the magnetic rod.
• Replace any damaged parts, where
necessary.
• Replace the cap gasket.
• Assemble the filter and insert it.
• Attach the lid (1).

Risk of damage to the hydraulic system!
Large amounts of metal particles are a sign of damage in the hydraulic
system. Have the hydraulic system inspected by
Manitowoc Crane Care or by
your qualified repair personnel.
