Resetting File Number
When using this camera, the data file numbers are accumulated when taking photos
or recording video clips. This is to avoid repeating file names, if you want to move the
photos which you stored on different memory cards into the same folder in your PC.
With this function, you could reset the file number and the camera will name/number
the photos continuing from the last image saved on the memory card.

Rotate the mode dial to Set-Up " " mode.
In the Set-Up menu, press

to select
FILE NUMBER RESET " ". And press "OK"
button.

A confirmation dialog will be displayed.
Press
or to
select "OK" to reset file
number.
