TROUBLESHOOTING

Temperature sensor
malfunction.
Check the sensor
resistance (Pt-100 or Ni-
120) with polimeter.
Check CN1 connector (sensor board)
and the two bottom wires status.
Change connector.
Change sensor.
Sensor wrong
positioned.
Check the sensor position
inside its housing.
Sensor must be introduced to the
bottom.
Introduce sensor to the
bottom.
Sensor board
malfunction.
Last failure option.
Check first sensors, connections and
wirings.
Change sensor board.
Temperature fluctuations in the manifold/ manifolds
The manifold does not stop heating (Micron, 2 geared motores)

Check the power board. LED indicator DL(*) remains off.

An element has not
reached the required
temperature.
Check the temperature on
all heated devices.
Refer to the previous sections ‘tank,
distributor, hose and applicator‘.
Wait or repair the faulty
device.
(*) In units with 2 motors, if no pumping operations are carried out due to a faulty device, both motors will not operate.
The pump control board has been switched off
Melter does not pump
Problems associated with temperatures
Causes Checking Comments Actions
Faulty pump control
board fuse.
Remove the fuse from
the board and check for
continuity.
If there is continuity in the fuse, it is
OK.
Replace the fuse.
Faulty pump control
board.
Check the voltage on
connector E1 of the board.
If there is 24 VDC and the board does
not switch on, the board is not OK.
Replace the pump control
board.
Faulty power supply.
Check that the power supply
(5V1) receives 230 V and has
an output of 24 V. Check
that there are 24 V in E1.
If the output is not 24 V, the power
supply is not OK.
Replace the power supply.
