Yorkshire Pudding
Makes 12
Ingredients
190 g flour
3/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
225 ml milk
Vegetable oil for baking
Method
Place a teaspoonful of oil in each muffin
cup of a 12 cup muffin tin and place in
the oven to heat the oil.
Mix the flour and salt and make a well
in the centre. Break in the eggs and
beat with a whisk, slowly incorporating
the flour from around the edges. Add
the milk, continuing to whisk until a
smooth batter is formed.
As soon as the oven has reached
temperature take the muffin tray out
and pour the batter out equally
between the muffin cups. Return to the
oven and bake until golden.
