Method for Moisture plus
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk.
Then add to the flour, salt, sugar,
butter, parmesan and eggs and knead
for 3–4 minutes until you have a smooth
dough. Place the dough in the oven
and select the Automatic programme
"Cakes \ Yeast dough \ Prove for
30 minutes".
Lightly knead the dough then shape
into 10 evenly sized balls. Place on a
baking tray lined with baking
parchment. Cover and prove for a
further 10-15 minutes in the oven using
Conventional heat at 35 °C.
Press the bottom of each roll into the
sesame seeds. Brush the tops with the
beaten egg and sprinkle generously
with cheese. Place in the oven and
bake until golden.
