Firstsprayeruse
Beforestartingyourunitforthersttime,makethefollowingchecks:
•
MakesurethesprayerengineisproperlylubricatedandgreasedasdescribedintheMaintenancechapterofthis
manual.
•
Checktheoillevelintheenginecrankcase.Checktheuidlevelinthepumpdrivegearboxandthehydraulic
reservoir.Seethemaintenancechapterofthismanual.
•
Checkthatthefueltankislledwithcleanfuelthatmeetsthespecicationsgiveninthismanual.
•
Checktheengine,hydraulicsystem,fuelandcoolingsystemforairoroilleaks.
•
Checkthattheairconditionercompressorbeltisadjustedcorrectly.Thealternatorbeltisself-tensioning.
•
Removeanywaterorsedimentfromthewaterseparatorontheprimaryfuellter.
•
Checktheairpressureinthetiresandcheckthewheelbolttorque.
•
Checkthecoolantlevelinthecoolantoverowbottle.AddNEWHOLLANDAMBRAACTIFULL™OTEXTENDED
LIFECOOLANTasneeded.
•
ChecktheDIESELEXHAUSTFLUID(DEF)/ADBLUE®levelusingthelevelindicatorontheA-Postdisplayinthecab.
Dailyinspection
•
Walkaroundandvisuallyinspectthesprayerdaily.Checkforsuchitemsashosesorwiresrubbingagainstother
components,oilleaks,trashbuildup,looseboltsoranythingthatwouldaffectthenormaloperationofthesprayer.
•
Inspecttheexhaustsystemandrepairifleaking,failed,ordamaged.
•
Makeanynecessarycorrectionsbeforeoperatingthesprayer.
