Anengineblockheaterisfactoryinstalled.Theelectrical
plugislocatedontheleft-handsideoftheengine,bythe
starter.Preheattheengineusingthisheaterforseveral
hourspriortocoldweatherstarting.
Twobatteriesprovide2000ColdCrankingAmps(CCA).
Theengineisequippedwithintakeairheaterstoaidin
coldweatherstarting.
1.Turntheignitionkeytotheonpositionandthepreheat
sequencewillstart.
Thedurationofthepreheatsequencedependsonthe
ambienttemperature.
2.Whenthepresettemperatureisreached,pressthe
startbuttonandcranktheengineuntilitstarts.
NOTE:Thestartbuttonwillnotfunctionuntilthepreset
temperatureisreached.
NOTE:Iftheenginedoesnotstart,repeatthepreheat
process.
3.Donotcrankthestarterformorethan15seconds.
4.Allowthestartertocoolbetweentries.
