ishot.Toremovethecap:allowthesystemtocool,turnthecaptotherstnotch,andwaitforall
pressuretorelease.Removethecaponlyafterallpressurehasreleased.
Failuretocomplycouldresultindeathorseriousinjury.

1.Drivethevehicleontoahard,levelsurface.
2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekeyfromtheigni-
tion.
3.Allowtheengineandsurroundingcomponentstocool
beforeproceeding.
4.Accessthelowerradiatortube(1)byopeningthebelly
pandoors.Thetubeislocatednexttheengineonthe
right-handside.
5.Draintheenginecoolingsystembydrainingthecoolant
intoasuitablecontainer.Openthepetcockdrain(2),
inthelowerradiatortube,todrainthesystem.
6.Closethedrainpetcockinthelowerradiatortube.
7.Fillthesystemwithdistilledwater.
8.Starttheengineandruntheengineforatleast30min.
NOTE:Makesuretoactivatetheheatingsystemandplace
onhigh,inordertocirculateuidthroughtheheatercore.
9.Repeatsteps4through8foratotaloftworinses.
