NOTICE:Beforestoppingtheengineafteroperatingunderheavyload,runtheengineatlowidlespeedof900RPM
forashortperiodoftime(3to5minutes).Thisallowstheengineandturbochargertemperaturetodecreasegradually.
Iftheenginestopswhenoperatingunderaload,starttheengineimmediatelytopreventexcessiveheatbuildupdue
tothelackofcoolingandlubricationoilow.
1.Slowtheunitandbringthevehicletoacompletestop
bymovingthejoystickcontrolhandle(1)totheneutral
positionanddepressingthebrakepedalmorethan
65%ofthepedaltravel.Applytheparkingbrake(2)
bypressingtheparkingbrakeswitch.

2.Decreasethespeedoftheenginewiththeengine
speedcontrolswitch(3)toidlepositionfor3to5min-
utestodecreasethetemperatureoftheengineand
turbocharger.

3.PresstheSTART/STOPbutton(1)tostoptheengine.
Turntheaccessoryswitch(2)toOFFtoturnoffelec-
tricalpowertoboththeengineandelectricalcompo-
nentsinthecab.Removetheaccessorykeyfromthe
accessoryswitch.
