ResettingtheSelectiveCatalyticReduction(SCR)system
ForDEF/AdBlue®storagetankuidlevelfaults,failuresthatcancauseenginepowerloss:
•
TheDEF/AdBlue®tanklevelmustberaisedabove12%totalvolume.
•
ThekeyswitchmustbecycledtotheOffpositionorthrottlereturnedtolowidleposition.
ForDEF/AdBlue®qualityandSCRsystemtechnicalfaults,failuresthatcancauseenginepowerloss:
•
Tofullyresetthesystem,thecomponent/failurecausingthefaultmustberepairedorreplaced.
•
Switchingofftheenginewillresetthesystemandtheenginewillrestartatfullpower.
•
Ifthesamefailureisre-detectedwithin40hofengineoperation,themaximumenginepowerlosslevelwillbe
introduced.
•
Ifthesamefailureisdetectedthreeconsecutivetimeswithin40hofengineoperation,maximumenginepowerloss
willremainactiveafterenginerestartuntilthesystemisrepaired.
•
