Customizing your phone
• Storage: Storage information of directory list, callers list and redial list.
• Error Messages: Displays error messages for the phone. If there are no error messages, a No Error
Messages text is displayed.

• Port Info: Speed and duplex values for both the LAN and PC ports.
• Phone Info: General phone-related information such as model number, hardware and call server
revisions, main firmware version, boot version, and Cordless Handset Version.
To view the Status menu:
1.
Press the ( Options) key on the phone to enter the Settings menu.
2. Press the Select button or Select softkey to enter the Status menu.
3. Use the up and down navigation keys to scroll the through the following status items:
• Firmware Info
• Network
• Storage
