Managing Calls
1. Click on Operation > Directory.
2. In the Callers List field, click on Save As. A download window displays.
3. Click OK.
4. Enter the location on your computer where you want to download the Received Callers List and click
Save.The callerslist.csv file downloads to your computer.
5. Use a spreadsheet application to open and view the Received Callers List.
11.3 Voicemail
The 6915 SIP phone provides a hardkey for configuring voicemail.
Note:
Voicemail functionality must be configured by your System Administrator.
When voicemail functionality is enabled, the MWI LED on the Mitel 6915 flashes red and the
(Voicemail) icon displays on the status bar indicating that voicemail messages are available. You can
access your voicemail service by pressing the Voicemail key.
On the SIP phone, pressing the Voicemail hardkey and dialing the Voicemail number (configured by
your System Administrator) connects the call to Line 1 Voicemail box.
