Managing Calls
As the number of unanswered calls increment, the phone numbers associated with the calls are stored in
the Missed Callers List. When the user accesses the Missed Callers List, the missed calls message on the
Home screen is cleared.
Viewing Missed Call Details in the Missed Callers List
1.
Press the key.
2. With Missed highlighted press the right navigation key to move to entry column.
3. Use the up and down navigation keys to scroll through the entries in the Missed Callers List.
4. Press right navigation key to see more detailed information about the Missed Callers List entry.

To exit the Missed Callers List, press the key, key or the Quit softkey.
The missed calls message on the Home screen is cleared upon exit.
Downloading the Received Callers List to Your PC
You can download the Received Callers List to your PC for viewing using the Mitel Web UI. When you
download the Received Callers List, the phone stores the callerlist.csv file to your computer in comma-
separated value (CSV) format.
You can use any spreadsheet application to open the file for viewing. This file displays the phone number,
caller name, and the line that the call came in on.
