(5) Scaling function
The scaling function can be used in a channel in which the user range setting is used.

(a) When the non-compatible version of A/D converter module is used
For the A/D converter module of non-compatible version, when the scaling function is set to be enabled in a
channel in which the user range setting is used, an error occurs (error code: 99). After the error occurrence,
the error code is stored in Latest error code (Un\G19) and Error flag (XF) is turned to ON. The scaling function
performs in the setting before the error.
