Nixdorf Beep/LED Options
If you selected Nixdorf Mode B, this indicates when the digital scanner beeps and turns on its LED after a
decode.
Ignore Unknown Characters
Unknown characters are characters the host does not recognize. Select Send Bar Codes with Unknown
Characters to send all bar code data except for unknown characters. The digital scanner issues no error
beeps.
Select Do Not Send Bar Codes With Unknown Characters to send bar code data up to the first unknown
character. The digital scanner issues an error beep.
*Normal Operation
(Beep/LED immediately after decode)
Beep/LED After Transmission
Beep/LED After CTS Pulse
*Send Bar Code
(with unknown characters)
Do Not Send Bar Codes
(with unknown characters)
