4.1 Firmware messages
4.1.1 0.x Codes - Generic Warnings
Code Message Description/solution
0.1 X-ray button released too soon Hold the X-ray emission button until the end of the procedure
0.2 X-ray button pressed
1) X-ray button was held for too long after the end of ex-
posure (>15s)
2) Reset command sent while button xray button was
pressed
3) Leaving stand-by status while button was pressed
0.3 Emergency stop pressed Release the emergency stop button

Power board(PFC) does not communicate
with MAIN board
Turn off the unit, check CAN bus connections, wait 30sec
and turn it back on. If the problem persists contact tech sup-
port.

Console board does not communicate with
MAIN board

CONVERTER board does not communicate
with MAIN board

CSENS board does not communicate with
MAIN board

MSENS board does not communicate with

Check the removable sensor’s contacts. Unplug the sensor
and plug it back.

1) Check Converter board diagnostic LEDs
2) Verify CAN connector (KCB1) on converter board
0.16 Mount the sensor in PAN position
0.17 Mount the sensor in CEPH position
0.18 Check if CEPH headrest is in correct position
