4.1.8 9.x Codes - Sensors errors
Code Message Description/solution
9.1 Sensor has lost connection during download
Connect/disconnect sensor LVDS cable and effect test ex-
posure, if the problem persists contact tech support (the
message refers to the sensor used for the examen which is
currently selected on the panel)
9.2 Sensor eeprom error
Connect/disconnect the sensor and repeat exposure |
Connect/disconnect LVDS cable (green) and repeat expo-
sure.
If the problem persists contact tech support.
9.3 Sensor programming error
Connect/disconnect the sensor and repeat exposure |
Connect/disconnect LVDS cable (green) and repeat expo-
sure.
If the problem persists contact tech support.
9.4 Emission started when sensor not ready FW error on MAIN board.
9.5
Image column requested when download not
complete
SW error un PC | FW error on MAIN board. Check SW and
FW version.
9.6 Download timeout
Connect/disconnect the sensor and repeat exposure |
Connect/disconnect LVDS cable (green) and repeat expo-
sure.
If the problem persists contact tech support.
9.7 Test image download failed
Connect/disconnect the sensor and repeat exposure |
Connect/disconnect LVDS cable (green) and repeat expo-
sure.
If the problem persists contact tech support.
9.8 AFE sensor error FW or HW error on MAIN board.
9.9 Stop sensor performed with CBCT projection FW error on MAIN board.

10.1 Short circuit on ground wire Motor live wire short circuit or inverter board failure

10.3 Overcurrent Motore Motor live wire short circuit, or stuck motor
10.4 Current offset error If persistent, column inverter board failure
10.5 IGBT module overcurrent
Excessive use of column movement. Allow a few minutes for
cooling down
10.6 Overvoltage 400V
10.7 Undervoltage 400V
10.8 Engine Overtemperature
Excessive use of column movement. Allow a few minutes for
cooling down
10.9 Engine not moving
10.10 Engine overload Excessive resistance on column movement
10.11 Emergency button pressed Emergency button pressed during column movement
10.12 Unhandled error Restart device and retry
10.13 IGBT module overheating
