Code Message Description/solution
4.1 CONVERTER - Voltage too low on 400V line
If persistent check status LEDs on converter board, if ok
check status on Power board
4.2 CONVERTER - Voltage too high on 400V line
If persistent check status LEDs on converter board, if ok
check status on Power board. Check high voltage connector
on x-ray head.

CONVERTER - X-ray tube-head not con-
nected
If persistent replace converter board.

CONVERTER - Monoblock oil temperature
too high
If persistent replace converter board.

CONVERTER - Circuit board temperature too
high
If persistent replace converter board.
