The external EMC filters for sizes 3 to 6 can be footprint or bookcase mounted, see Figure 5-20 and Figure 5-21. The external EMC filters for sizes 7
to 11 are designed to be mounted above the drive, as shown in Figure 5-22.
Mount the external EMC filter following the guidelines in section 6.5.4 Compliance with generic emission standards on page 131.
