1.4 - COMPOSITION OF THE MACHINE
FX-RB, FXID-RBID kneading machines are the result
of a multiyear experience.
• Themachineconsistsofabearingstructurethemotor
is housed in, of a head, which controls the kneading
spiral element, of a container to contain the dough
mix.
• Dependingontheconcernedmodel,itispossibleto
get a tip-up head.
• TheFX-RBmodelsaresuitableforaconventional
system.
• The FXID-RBID models are suitable for hydrated
systems.
1.5 - PREARRANGEMENTS AT PURCHASERʼS
CHARGE
a) Prearrangement of the installation place.
• Thepurchasershallprearrangeasupportingsurface
for the machine as indicated in the chapter “Installa-
tion”.
b) Electric prearrangement.
• Thepowersystemshouldcomplywiththelocalre-
gulationsandprovidedwithanefcientearthing.
• Placeanomnipolarsectioningdeviceonthepower
feed line, above the machine.
• Thesizeoftheelectricpowercablesshould
comply with the maximum current required by
the machine, so that the total voltage drop at
full charge will be less than 2%.
1.6 - EMERGENCY OPERATIONS IN CASE OF
FIRE
a) Incaseofreturnoffthepowerbydisconnectingthe
main power switch.
b) Putouttherebymeansofsuitablereextinguishers.
DANGER
Donotattempttoputouttherebyusingwater.
1.7 - EXPLOSION RISK
• The machine is not suitable to be used in a place
with explosion risk.
1.8 - SOUND PRESSURE LEVEL
FX-RB, FXID-RBID models have been developed to
keep a continuous weighed acoustic pressure level
A(dB) lower than 70dB during the machine idling.
