DANGER
The head (1) shall be lifted when the machine does
not function and the cutout switch placed at the
upper part of the machine is off.
The machine is equipped with a safety microswitch,
which stops the machine functioning in case of a
lifting of the head.
• Loosenbothknobs(2)placedonbothstructuresides,
until the head (1) is released.
• Liftthehead(1),completely;theheadpositioniskept
by the hydraulic absorber (3).
• Tolowerthehead,makesurethecouplingbetween
the head joint (4) and the motor joint (5) is correct, if
it is not the case, manually rotate the spiral element
(6)toallowthetwojointstottogether.
• Tightentheknobs(2)toxthehead.
5.3 - MALFUNCTIONING, CAUSES AND RE-
MEDIES
-Themachinedoesnʼtstart:
• checktheelectricconnection.
• makesurethatnoforeignbodiesareinsidethe
machine and stop the rotation.
• makesurethetimerknobison"TIMER"oronthe
minute counter position.
• makesurebothgridandheadareproperlylowered
andtheheadxingknobsaretightened.
